The mysterious treasure chess

My Writing I wasn’t sure what was in the box, but I was Intrigued to find out what was inside the box. It was a ragged old box. It looked like it has been there for centuries, Cobwebs surrounding it and dust   covering the sides and the top. I found a cloth, a spray and wiped it down and it became more clear and it came for me to open the box. I was excited to what was in the box. Then I looked and found it my birthday present a iphone 6/s. It was it was the best day ever but not only did it come with the phone it also came with $200.

Workshop Name: Pacifica arts

What I did this week:
15/11 I did artist research and design research
17/11 I did my final Design Crayon color and texture design also the ink design
24/11 I started my cardboard cut out and we went onto paper cut outs.
6/12 I finished all my work so I help Kane with his Foa (Mosaic)

What went well or was difficult? the artist part was easy and 15/11 the design was easy but difficult at the same time
17/11 the ink design was pretty hard but the texture and the color design was easy
24/11 It was hard cutting the cardboard but since we changed to paper it was easier to cut out paper
6/11 It was hard trying to find something to do

What I will work on next time:
15/11 The design research and creating my design
17/11 doing my design on my ink texture
24/11 continue to cut out my Pacific art and be ready to finish
6/11 I have nothing else do do except help others

Musical theatre Cultre & theatre styles

Jukebox Musicals / Karaoke Musicals
I believe this is one of the more modern types of musical and does what it says on the tin – they are musicals where the audience is encouraged to join in with the songs.  I think one of the first musicals of this kind in the West End was (and is) Mamma Mia! Quite often they are centered around a well-known band or music recorded by a well-known band, for example, We Will Rock You is a jukebox musical which features many of the well known Queen songs.
Musical Drama
I expect most of the traditional / classical musicals feature in this category – they use music as another way of expressing emotion.  Characters will typically burst into song when the emotion of a scene is too much to be expressed using words alone.  They also tell a normally quite emotional story like the story of Billy Elliot where a young boy wants to pursue a career in dance but he lives in a time where men box – not dance.
Musical Comedy
This type of musical is for those who love to laugh (bet that surprised you), they generally have stories which lend themselves to comedy a bit like Avenue Q which for a start stars puppets and seeing them talk about it is a great comedy musical.  La Cage Aux Folles would be another good example.

The Birdhouse at Lochmara

We walked into the bird sanctuary and they were all talking to each other. “Chirp chirp”. We also heard the turtles splashing in their little ponds. “Splish splash”. The red crowns were as light as a feather their bites were like a pin touching your finger. The bird sanctuary smelt like fresh and old poo, one of the workers handed us a handful of seeds the seeds were an aureate apricot color and then whoosh flew down three birds and munched at the seeds. She finished talking and we walked out of the bird sanctuary and it was the other team's turn.

Street Art

• We researched facts on Banksy, Shepard Fairley, and street art.
• We also researched on spray paint and spray paint pens.
• It was fun learning about street art.
