What I learned was to do teamwork
The healthy ingredients were carrot lettuce and chicken tomato
Carrot vitamins are: biotin, vitamin K, dietary fiber, molybdenum, potassium, vitamin B6 and vitamin C. They are a good source of manganese, niacin, vitamin B1, pantothenic acid, phosphorus, folate, copper, vitamin E and vitamin B2.
Lettuce vitamins are: they have the some of the same Vitamins as a carrot
Tomato vitamins are: Vitamin c
Chicken vitamins are: protein
